Having been in legal practice for more than 25 years, Kim Khoo has indulged in the drama of the courtroom to the mundaneness of the paper chase. She is the Founder and Principal Legal Consultant of HERITANCE WILLS INTERNATIONAL focused on family and legacy planning for the multi-jurisdictional asset based clientele.

As Kim firmly believes that all is POSSIBLE to the one who believes, she is passionate about empowering and equipping young women with basic life skills and disciplines, management of emotions and fear; and for the married women and family, to achieve harmony, peace and happiness within her role towards the preservation and restoration of the family unit in this post- modern era.
​
Kim functions as a national faculty member of the Haggai Institute Advanced Leadership Training based at the Mid-Pacific Center in Maui, U.S.A. since January 2010 and is also a commissioned Marketplace Minister by Marketplace Penang Group since October 2011. Kim uses her training in the Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) since 2018 to empower women to be the best they can possibly be.
In recognition of her contribution to society by her many legal and legacy planning seminars, and her advisory role to the needy at a Legal Aid centre, Kim was awarded the “Pingat Jasa Kebaktian” (PJK) by the Governor of the State of Penang on 16thJuly 2012.
Not forgetting her sphere of influence at home, Kim is passionately married to Kevin for 27 years with 2 awesome sons, Andrew age 22 and Asher age 14.
